Overview

Offline PDF Scanner ("the App") is designed with your privacy in mind. All document scanning, OCR processing, and PDF generation happens locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your documents.

Data We Collect

• No personal files: Your scanned documents and generated PDFs are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to any server.
• Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage analytics (e.g., feature usage, crash reports) through Firebase Analytics to improve the app experience. This data does not include any document content.
• Subscription data: Subscription management is handled by Apple through the App Store (and Google through Google Play for Android). We use Apphud to manage subscription status. No payment information is stored by us.

Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store / Google Play: Handles all payment processing for subscriptions.
• Firebase: Used for anonymous analytics and crash reporting.
• Apphud: Used for subscription status management.

Data Storage

All your scanned documents and generated PDFs remain on your device. The app stores documents in its local sandbox, accessible only to you through the Files app.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
